Lifelong Brain Health Through Nourishment and Movement™ is designed to focus on improving the quality of your life, by improving the function of your brain.

The brain functions continuously and requires the best fuel available for optimal performance. The type of nourishment we feed our brains determines its longevity and health throughout life. You can make a few simple food choices that will significantly impact not only your brain function, but the quality of your overall health and daily life.

The primary purpose of the brain is to control movement of the body – and we need the highest quality of functional movement we can achieve to accomplish all the activities we need to do each day, and more importantly, all the activities we desire to do each day that bring us joy and make life worth living.

The healthier your brain, the more quickly it can communicate with the rest of your body, giving you greater ability to respond, react and recover – and live the healthy life you want in a way that may be simpler and easier than you imagine.

This program intends to help you replace words you may associate with deprivation, hard work or failure, like “diet and exercise” with a new approach to healthy success – using positive words and images like “nourishment and movement”.

One simple step at a time, it will show you how to turn the education learned into action to begin your journey towards lifelong optimal brain health through nourishment and movement – and lifelong optimal enjoyment every day!
