Kara Hodes-Wechsler is a Leadership and Well-being Coach and Ageless Grace® Trainer and Educator.  A scientist at heart, Kara brings an evidence-based approach, curiosity, a sense of humor, and an encouraging environment to her work, creating experiences that keep people agile, engaged, and thriving.

Kara offers a weekly on-line class and has in Senior Centers, YMCAs and Independent Living Communities.

She is the Founder of Kaleidoscope Holistic Wellness. When she is not sharing Ageless Grace®, Kara partners with career-minded women to cultivate self-leadership and create lives with greater confidence, clarity, and control.
