Educators are teaching on-going Ageless Grace group classes, one-on-ones and special workshops and demonstrations throughout the United States and in other countries all over the world.
Classes are typically 30 minutes to 60 minutes in length, are done to up-beat generation-specific music, and are conducted seated in a chair (to address the primary aging factors located or associated with the core of the body, the internal organs, and the systems of the body, such as digestive, respiratory, endocrine, lymphatic, neurological, etc.).
The primary purpose of the classes is to coach participants on how to practice the 21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease™ in their own homes, on their own, in between their class sessions, in order to maintain and sustain the process of neuroplasticity.
One-on-ones (private coaching sessions), are also provided by Ageless Grace Educators to address the specific needs of individuals. Educators also offer workshops which focus on aging factors such as balance, cognitive function, foot care and mobility, imagination and creativity and many more topics beneficial to aging with grace.
Trainers have completed a minimum of an additional 52 hours of training in the Ageless Grace program and are available to conduct 4-hour personal practice seminars, 13.5-hour certification, and special workshops and demonstrations to such host sites as: non-profit organizations, corporations, retirement communities (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care), hospitals, primary and secondary schools, universities and colleges, places of worship, fitness centers, YMCAs and other brain and body health-related facilities.
