Amy Podolsky

Amy Podolsky is a dynamic, outgoing Trainer and Educator who excels in building community, and absolutely loves sharing the work of Ageless Grace® with participants of all ages. She is back to teaching and training after a five-year hiatus in which she served as a full-time Camp Director for a large day camp in Massachusetts, an opportunity that allowed Amy to witness the power of "child's play" on a daily basis! Amy is skilled in writing, public speaking, and fostering positive relationships with and among folks of all ages. 

Amy loves to move, and in addition to Ageless Grace® she enjoys The Nia Technique®, a dance modality in which she earned her Black Belt in 2016. In her spare time, Amy enjoys travel, dance, bingeing a good series, and above all spend time with her family and friends.
