While being an Ageless Grace® Educator & Trainer is my primary passion, I also specialise in various areas, including Dementia Communication, Natural Juice Therapy, and Essential Oils education with a focus on ageing. It's both enjoyable and fulfilling to guide others in understanding their bodies and minds, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle in our later years.
Teaching Ageless Grace® since 2014, I initiated a transformative mini class for advanced dementia patients in 2017. Despite limited verbal communication, they actively engage by singing along to songs and moving according to their capabilities. The emotional and soul-touching connections formed through the Ageless Grace® program are truly remarkable.
I hold deep respect and admiration for Denise Medved's creation, as Ageless Grace® proves effective on so many levels.
