Ageless Grace Trainers
Julia Desmond
I was introduced to Ageless Grace in a seminar in 2011 and was excited about the possibilities it offered for improved brain health and youthful mobility throughout our lives.
So, in 2016, I trained to become an Ageless Grace Educator. I started offering classes in 2018 and currently lead 4 classes a week and an online relaxation class using some of the Ageless Grace tools. Recently, I was asked to work with a group of brand-new Educators. After that experience I proposed starting a mentoring program. Now I am pleased to be leading Ageless Grace Mentoring Playshops! Come play with me!!
Dance has been my primary form of exercise since I was a teenager. I have experience in Modern Dance, Ballet, Jazz, Nia and Belly Dance. I have 16 years of experience teaching Nia and 7 years of teaching Ageless Grace and look forward to sharing both of these programs for many more years to come!
Movement is absolutely necessary, especially as we age. It is beneficial to our physical, mental, emotional and brain health. I believe that it is possible to be strong, flexible and to move with ease for an entire lifetime. With that as my own personal goal, I love encouraging people to find the joy of movement no matter what their age or ability!
