Online Academy

The Ageless Grace Online Academy offers courses that address all areas of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual–all aspects of the Ageless Grace lifestyle. All courses will be offered online, delivered via email. Some courses will include audio portions that will be sent as mp3 files. On occasion, we will offer teleclasses, webinars, and virtual retreats, all accessible from your computer or telephone.

Casaundra Bennett, Director of the Ageless Grace Online Academy

Casaundra has held positions in college and university administration, publishing and editing, and healthcare over the last 25 years, at institutions such as UCLA, The University of Chicago, and St. Olaf College. Additionally, Casaundra trained as a spiritual director, and has facilitated retreats for more than 30 years. In 1999, she was ordained as a Buddhist minister in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has developed and taught courses in creative writing, memoir, therapeutic writing, dreamwork, art and spirituality, and other personal development disciplines. In addition to teaching, Casaundra has written for numerous publications on topics such as spirituality and business, creativity, women’s issues, and personal growth. Her novel, Dreaming of Elysium: An Archaeology of Longing, will be published in 2014 by Purple Iris Press. Casaundra lives in West Point, Georgia, with Athena, her Australian Cattle Dog mix.
