The hands and the fingertips are a gateway to our brain.  This Playshop is going to be a fun-filled journey into the correlation between the hands and brain health.

We will work on our attention through the hands and fingertips, in addition to mobility of the hands.  The fun and different patterns and rhythms are excellent ideas for the Ageless Grace Tool Grab Bag.   You will also learn about some acupressure points which, when stimulated, can help with different health conditions.

This Playshop will be recorded and all registered participants will receive the video recording.

Registration is requested at least 2 days prior to online events and 14 days prior to in-person events.
