Energy Exchange!: Everything we do and every encounter we make, is an “energy exchange”. So why not make those “exchanges” work in our favor? Let’s look at how we can use our “actionable energy” to create the relationships and life we want, identify what our energy boosters and drainers are, and learn how to change the energy around us through intentional actions and physical movement. This interactive session will include a visualization exercise, along with practical tools to confidently use for your energy exchanges.
Materials Needed: Pen and paper or journal
Christine is very proud to be a Certified Life Skills Coach, an Ageless Grace Educator and an Angelic Reiki Master Practitioner. She is passionate about serving and supporting her community and clients! She teaches several Ageless Grace classes weekly, both in person and virtually. Her intuitive one-on-one coaching inspires personal and spiritual growth, helping clients achieve life and career goals, and working through challenging transitions and relationships. Christine’s desire to work with women entering the “midlife” phase motivated her to create a community called Power in Aging, offering workshops, masterclasses, group coaching sessions, a Guest Speaker series, and she poured her heart into creating an online monthly membership program, now in its second year! Formerly a professional Actress and TV presenter, Christine considers herself a student of life, traveling the world, and following her free-spirit through a lifetime of experiences. Her greatest accomplishment is, and always will be, having her two beautiful boys, Rio (13) and Kai (10).
