Carol Vogtman
Passionate about the subject of fitness and wellness, especially "preventative maintenance", Carol has been involved in a wide realm of movement modalities since childhood. She has been teaching Ageless Grace® for over 4 years in Western NC and is known for her infectious enthusiasm.
A University of Maryland grad, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, prior to her Ageless Grace® career, Carol spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry, followed by long-term care advising. Managing the care of incapacitated parents for 21 years gives her a unique awareness of the medical and social challenges of living a long life.
