Katherine Campbell, Educator Spotlight

The joys and gifts I have received by being an Ageless Grace Educator and Trainer over the last few years are too many to count! My passion is working with older adults. Through the teachings of Ageless Grace I am able to live this passion in a way I never thought possible; keeping my own brain and body fit while helping others to do the same. Ageless Grace provides everyone with a fun and playful way to stay functionally fit, socialize, and feel better mentally, physically and spiritually.

My student populations range from independent living, assisted living, memory care, senior centers and most uniquely, the school bus drivers in my county, who seem to have the most fun with this program!

My students tell me stories weekly about how they are able to now reach the top shelf, right themselves from a near fall, or move their limbs in ways they never could before they started this program. These testimonials are the rewards of my teachings and the motivation to get moving forward in sharing the unique program of Ageless Grace!
