The Dementia Connection Institute is the first institute to offer dementia caregiver support to both family caregivers and professionals. Their mission is that those living with dementia will be able to experience and navigate their new world freely because caregivers and healthcare professionals feel better educated, prepared, and empowered in how to provide quality dementia care.
The webinar is hosted by Dr. Jennifer Stelter and Jess Ryan with the Dementia Connection Institute, and Ageless Grace creator Denise Medved.
In the webinar you will learn more about a new dementia model of care called the Dementia Connection Model, created by Dr. Jennifer Stelter and published by Johns Hopkins, and the certification opportunities as a Dementia Connection Specialist (DCS) and Dementia Connection Specialist Certified Trainer (DCSCT) through the Dementia Connection Institute.
