Denise Medved is the Founder & Creator of Ageless Grace®, brain-body fitness based on the science of neuroplasticity, now in all 50 states and 16 countries in less than 5 years. She is the author of The Ageless Grace® Playbook, DVDs & flashcards, and The Little Book of Marketing Magic!.
Denise is a graduate of the Neuroscience Academy with Dr. Sarah McKay and also the Western Carolina University Gerontology Graduate Certificate Program. Denise oversees the Ageless Grace® program, and does trainings around the world.

Angela Paladin
My inspiration for Joyful Creative Movement started when I attended my first Nia class in 2008. I instantly felt a connection to a movement which freed my body, mind and emotions, stirring in me a feeling of exhilaration, rejuvenation and relaxation, while moving to uplifting music. I have been teaching Nia, for 5 years as well as Tai chi/Qi gong and Mindful Movement.

Certified as one of the first Ageless Grace Educators, I am willing to travel to wherever I am invited to give a certification. I am a Black Belt Nia teacher, am trained in Moving to Heal, Move-IT, Free dance, and have a RYT-200 yoga and yin yoga certifications. the hundreds of hours I have spent in these modalities enhances my training and classes.

Jaami L.M. Rutledge DNP MSN BS-RN
Dr. Jaami Rutledge, DNP, MSN, RN has her clinical Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Colorado with a speciality in Adult/Geriatric Primary Care. She has enjoyed working with patients from teen to 100+ years as a Primary Care Provider, Urgent Care provider, Sports/Occ Medicine Provider, Palliative/Hospice Care, HomeCare consultant and Exercise Consultant for healthy aging. Jaami grew up as an athlete and dancer, both of which she was able to continue into her 20’s, and since then she has transferred that passion for being active into her nursing practice. Ageless Grace® has been a perfect combination of the power of movement, science, and creativity for her own life, those of her patients, and our aging community.
Through her careers as a healthcare professional, athlete, wife, mother, and advocate for changing the paradigm of healthy aging, she is here to share Ageless Grace®, timeless fitness for the body and brain™.

Maria Skinner is a Certified Ageless Grace® Trainer & Educator. She is a BeSoul™ Dance Practitioner, Nia Black Belted, former Nia White Belt Trainer, creatrix of Moga and Elements in Movement, MoveMyWay, and Embodied Astrology. Maria was the director of StarFish Dance & Yoga (formerly Yoga & Nia For Life) in West Concord, MA for 20 years and is devoted to creating spaces where people can thrive. Maria co-authored the Spanish translation of Our Bodies, Ourselves; Nuestros Cuerpos, Nuestras Vidas, and contributed to the book and program, My Hungry Head.

Her life has been filled with energetic discovery and exploration of movement and dance – teaching in studios, gyms, schools, at arts camps, in continuing education, senior facilities and recreational environments. She has designed and produced seminars and workshops, created movement programs, coached other dance teachers and trained and supported Ageless Grace Educators. Never a guru, but rather a guide on the side, Kathy loves creating experiences and environments in which people see, feel and sense how awesome they actually are.
