One of the most special parts of leading an Ageless Grace class for me is the connection with my students.Connecting Hands_4_Holding

Ways I connect with students:

  • I thoroughly prepare for each class and keep records of the 21 different tools and rotate them so the classes do not become boring or repetitious. Sometimes I select AG cards corresponding with my prepared program. Each student selects a card and we perform the exercise stated on their card. It is another way to engage students and they love this activity.
  • I love instructing AG classes. I remain up-beat and very enthusiastic and it becomes contagious.
