JaniePetersonI bring a love of movement and the philosophy that” through movement we find health” to my classes. I was certified as one of the first educators when Ageless Grace was first introduced in January 2011. I have been leading multiple weekly classes ever since in retirement centers, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, fitness centers, and through the parks and recreation. I have and continue to give programs and demonstrations for clubs and organizations.

As a Certified Nia Black Belt Teacher, I also have a background in dance, nutrition, and body building. My intention is to inspire my participants to take control of their health by embracing their bodies in thankfulness and moving within the range of motion that they have at that moment.

Most of all, while the movements in Ageless Grace touch the body and the brain, the joy of friendship and connection to community that comes with participating in Ageless Grace classes touches the heart and soul. The integration of body, mind, soul, and community is a major component in health and wealthness. And I am convinced, that is priceless.

I have been training new educators for the past four years, and am willing to hold certifications wherever there is a need and request. Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you have.

Moving in Grace,
Janie
