This program is working! I wanted to share a story about one of my students who has MS. She is wheelchair bound and when she began our class 3 months ago had only the use of one arm. Currently, she is able to twist one ankle and is strengthening her knee to the point that she has slight bending…she is ecstatic, as am I!! She is big on visualization and we both believe that her body is showing progress due to our class and her body’s ability to heal.
